I find America's Legacy has helped me tailor civics units for alternative ed kids that have changed their lives.... One student from last year is now in Community College in administration of Justice. Her only goal was to graduate from high school as the first family member to do that; now her goal is law school. She thought she was receiving manna when I gave her a copy to take off to college.... I am convinced that kids who love studying government will make better citizens.
